Paulo O\u2019Meira, with his roots in S\u00e3o Paulo, has been working as a visual artist on the scene since 2005. Throughout his career, he has brought colors and dialectics to the national and international scene and has established important partnerships as a member of the collective \u201cGraffiti com Pipoca\u201d and Jardim Miram Arte Clube \u2013 JAMAC -, where he deploys his artistic talents as an art educator. Within his solo skills, he works with design, illustration and graffiti, focusing his narratives mainly on urban interventions, where he sustains the themes of frantic paulic\u00e9ia on spray in order to lead discussion and promote positive changes in the physical space and anonymous appreciators.
