From the current context, we will examine how each agent of the art system is responsible for its action, but how each action affects the whole system. We will also look at how these agents are currently reconfiguring themselves and how this is possibly creating a new format. We will delve deeper into the discussion of the artist’s position in the current art system. We will include cases and try to arrive at some viable lines of action in this system that is being redefined. It will be a conversation that will raise a lot of dust since the subject is open and under discussion.<\/p>\n

Julie Belfer<\/strong> was born in Holland, graduated in Visual Arts in Boston, worked at the Museum of Modern Art in S\u00e3o Paulo. She is an Art Consultant and acts as a bridge between art and the public with a focus on content, approach and responsibility. She assisted, among others, banker David Rockefeller, dancer Mikhail Baryshnikov, stylist Kenzo and, at the time, Minister of Culture Gilberto Gil. She has a bulletin that airs daily on Jovem Pan radio, 620AM.<\/p>\n

Tato DiLascio<\/strong> was born in S\u00e3o Paulo, graduated in Fine Arts from FAAP. Specialized in the design, coordination, production, administration of cultural projects and in monitoring the design and development of architectural projects and museographic projects, having worked with Ana Helena Curti and Pedro Mendes da Rocha at arte3 Assessoria, Produ\u00e7\u00e3o e Marketing Cultural Ltda. Responsible for creating Invest Art, the first site for selling contemporary works of art over the Internet. He acted in the curatorship and administration of the company. From 2010 to date he has been director of Galeria TATO and responsible for consulting, planning and implementing strategies for acquisitions of contemporary artworks for private collectors and institutions. At the end of 2017 he opens Na Fresta, a space that appears to house laboratory and new economy initiatives.
